So i will start this blog off with admitting that mistakes where for sure made for episodes I-III but i think we should look at it from both sides of the fence not just the wow that movie sucked or wow that movie was awesome....
let's begin with what was wrong with it....for starters anyone expecting the prequel movies too be as good as the originals where going too be disappointed....i think this the crowd that i fell into...when you have high expectations in life no matter what the subject is your usually going too be disappointed....Secondly i don't know what George Lucas was smoking when he thought of the Character of Jar Jar Binks but clearly he was doing stronger shit then your local street weed dealer bc idk too this day what that was but it clearly didn't work....now the other side of that fence is that character was created for kids....i know some who Jar Jar is there Fav Character i am not sure if anyone will admit it but i have heard it before
Secondly the dialogue was just beyond cheesy....i don't understand why Lucas didn't think that the adults watching these movies where kids when the original Trilogy was out and there not going too want too hear cheesy lines like "wow this is wizard annie"and some others that i am sure you all can think of without too much trouble
Then there is the disaster that is attack of the clones...personal info it was so bad and left such a bad taste in my mouth that after me and my younger brother went and saw it we paid too see spider man for a 2nd time just too watch a good movie.....it was just bad...there is things i could point out such and the love story...the fact that all anakin did was bitch and mope for 2 hours but i think we are all in agreement on this one
As for revenge of the sith i really have no complaints it was the prequel movie i wish we would have got with the first 2...if anything you could say that the pace of the movie was slow getting anakin too turn too the dark side but that is just my opinion...i really liked it....it is by far the best and my fav of the newer trilogy
Now for the things that i liked and why these movies are not as bad as everyone may think....let's start with the phantom menace....The pod race was freaking awesome....and i have talked too alot of people who didn't like it...maybe its the NASCAR fan in me but i think its cool....secondly and i think the best part of the phantom menace was Darth Maul....how freaking kick ass is he with that double lightsaber which btw too this day i still have lol...i wish they would have brought him back for attack of the clones maybe it would have been a better movie
As for attack of the clones i thought the last 30 min or so where actually pretty damn good....Yoda fighting with a lightsaber was one of the coolest things i have ever seen..i also thought that jango fett was pretty cool but other then that is hard too find something i like about it....such a huge disappointment
As for revenge of the sith there was tons of great stuff...the beginning of the movie was pretty awesome....the death of count dooku was pretty cool.....the lightsaber fight between Mace Windu and The emperor was amazing...(side note) i was really hoping he would say Mother Fucker just once)....but alas he didn't lol
The final Fight Between Anakin And Obi Wan Was Pretty fantasic and was in my opinion the best duel of all the prequel's...and then his decent into Darth Vader was just what i thought it would be...Padme Dies Sad endings all around
So there you have it kids....maybe not enough too change you mind but that is just one man's opinion of things...i am sure i forgot some points along the way....like how Bad Ass Grevious was lol but perhaps we can discuss that in the comments...hope you enjoyed it

Why The Dark Knight Is The Best Comic Book Movie Of All TIme
So i am sure some if you all of you will disagree with my opinion on this....especially you Marvel Fans and you know that is alright...This is just one Fan Boy's opinion but allow me if you will too make some points and maybe try too see things from my prospective
For starters since the just Beyond Crappy Batman Movies of the late 90's we Batman fans have wanted something more true too the comic...personally this Batman Fan had Given up Hope....Hell i was even skeptical when Batman Begins Came out BC i thought it was just gonna be another thing that we had already seen Before for example the spider man movies of the last few years...i didn't see it until my mother got me the movie on DVD for Christmas that year and was very happy with the results i thought it was a above avg movie and the Batman Origin story we have always wanted....and quite frankly deserved
Then The Dark Knight Trailer and Prologue Was Released and Sweet Mother Of God I saw something i never thought i would see....The Batman Movie i Always wanted too see....i had it tagged on Myspace....lol Myspace...anyway and i would just watch it over and over again
Then Came the sad passing of Heath Ledger....where i was a huge fan of his i didn't know that he struggled with the demons that he did and i was truly sad....such an amazing and Brilliant actor taken way before he was time...i sometimes wonder what the Dark Knight Rises would have been if he where still alive and had a role in the film
So The Movie is Released and i thought i would wait a couple of weeks too go and see it bc it was mid July and kids where out of school and all that stuff and i kept hearing from friend after friend how amazing and brilliant it was so i decided too Grab my Brother and we went and saw it and i sat on the edge of my seat the entire 2 plus hours of the movie....which i had never done in a theater before
For Starters Ledger's performance as the joker is Brilliant.....it is the Definition of what he is in the comics a man that has nothing too lose who is just insane and can do things because he can...it is the best single acting performance i have seen in any Batman Movie let alone comic book movie His last line of the movie where he says "madness is like Gravity all you need is a little push" is Brilliant beyond words
Christian Bale is the best actor too play Batman and i know that alot of you will disagree with me and that is okay...but he is....his performance is amazing as the caped crusader...wasn't a big fan of the voice but that's alright lol
The movie has the perfect ensemble cast too bring this movie too the amazing heights it achieved
....but in closing and in the long run the reason this movie stands out and is better then the avg superhero movie is bc if you think about it the Bad Guy wins.....The Joker Destroyed Gotham scared the shit out of them....Brought Harvey Dent Down too There level and did what the Mob Bosses hired him for...he got rid of The Batman....as he Ran from Police and went into Hiding
as i said i am sure there are some who will disagree with my assessment and that is okay this just my opinion and me showing appreciation for a movie that i don't ever see being topped....thanks for reading everyone

Until He proves other wise give Ben Affleck a chance
So when Ben Affleck was cast as Batman For the upcoming Batman Reboot and Justice league Movies there was alot of Batman fan boys who where not happy...I would say easily 90% maybe more....mostly because of the just horrible movie that was daredevil....btw side note if you haven't seen Daredevil on Netflix stop reading this and go watch it....right now go...is okay no one is looking.
That being said it wasn't a popular choice i myself was like well you know i think they could have found someone better but let's see what happens....and this is a common mistake all of us in the nerd/fandom community make....we decide wither or not something is going too suck months if not years such as it is in this case before we know or not wither we are right
Now i have spoken about this on my facebook and my Group Nerds Rule The World..a couple of times so what i am going too say here is nothing new for those who you whom i have already discussed this with....and now that the trailer has come out and it looks Awesome some of those same Nerds who were quick too judge the casting have pulled a 180 degree turn and now think its going too be awesome....some are still like meh its gonna suck....either way if you are a true hardcore Batman Fan and i know there are a few of you and especially the 250 plus i have in my Batman group and you are going too sit there and say that your not gonna see Batman Vs Superman stirclty on the casting of Ben Affleck Alone...i am sorry but you my friend are full of shit
I will remind you that in 2006 when it was announced that Heath Ledger was cast as the Joker you would have thought that MT.Dew and Doritos were going out of business...all i heard for weeks and months was how how Bad it was gonna suck and how the casting was the worse ever bc of that cowboy movie he did....well now that it is said and done can you ever freaking imagine anyone else in that role in that movie...which btw i think is the greatest comic book movie of all time....a blog about that too come later....i can only speak for myself when i say that i sure as hell can't....so the lesson here my Fellow Nerds is Before you said its gonna suck or put it down....let's see what he does with the role trust me if it blows i will be the first Mofo there too say it does

Still Not Over It
So my first blog has nothing too do with anything nerd related. Well unless you consider being a sports fan so and i know alot don't feel that way but that is okay...this one comes from the heart....I my whole life have been a huge Seattle Seahawks Fan....and unlike a number of fans that have jumped on the "Bandwagon" over the last couple years...i have been a fan since 1986....First Game Was Seattle Vs Philadelphia and i was hooked ever since....and have sit thru countless...and i mean countless losing seasons....the 2 win season in 1992....the 3 straight 8 win seasons of the mid 90's
Finally in 1999 we where able too get Mike Holmgren From Green Bay and we started too win....There was the Debacle of Super Bowl XL which i will not get into at this point and time...only bc we don't have the rest of our lives lol
Then finally 2013 it all came together....we steamrolled everyone and i mean everyone...i saw things as a football fan i honestly never thought i would see....the national media getting behind us instead of ignoring us like what they had done for 38 years...we ran thru the playoffs....Beating the 49ers is one of the greatest games i have ever seen....then came the Super Bowl where everyone and i mean just about everyone had already decided that this was going too be Peyton Manning's Glorious Night...even thought anyone who knows anything about sports especially football will tell you that Defense wins championships....
So i sat there on my couch Feb 2 2014 and watched 3 amazing and wonderful hours where that team from Seattle the one that no one thought could win not only beat Denver we Freaking Massacared them...the game was over 12 seconds into it....they never had a chance....it is too this day one the best nights of my life....and as strange as that may sound try too look at it from my perspective....been a sport fan all my life and we finally reached the mountain top
Then Comes last year....where we went from being the hunter too the hunted....and last year was the hardest football season i have ever been thru as a fan....at some point the National Media decided that it was easier too hate us then too cheer us....that is most likely bc of how brash and loud we talk....its not bragging kids if you can back it up...
Midway thru the Season and after the Percy Harvin Fiasco we where 6-4 and in danger of missing the playoffs....and then something just clicked....we where the team we where suppose too be again....we ran thru the rest of the regular season...we killed Carolina...we had the miracle comeback again the Packers....it seemed like destiny....no team had won back too back Championships in NFL in 10 years
Then Came the Game and we didn't play our football for the first half but where right there and then Brady started too Work our Injured Secondary and they took the lead and then with 2 min left we work the ball down field....a Circus Catch By Kearse We where right there....2 yard line with the best running back in football....and what happened after that...Devastated me....not that we lost bc that i can deal with...the fact that we where right there....we just needed too reach up and take it...and it was ripped away from us is something i never will be over....we could win 4 or 5 more Super Bowls in my life time and still there will be that one that we should have had
all i could do in the aftermath was sit there on my couch...where just a year before i cried from happiness i did the same bc i was just heartbroken...i screamed i yelled i cheered i had nothing left too give as a fan of my team....the end result of this turned me away from something i have loved since i was 6 years old....i blocked espn and the NFL Network off my tv bc i just couldn't deal with seeing the replay over and over and over again
The following months i have had a dream like 3 or 4 times where we are in the same situation and we win and then i wake up and reality hits me and i am sad all over again....this may seem strange too some of you but that's okay..i take pride in my football team..and we are young we will get back too that mountain top....i just lament for what could have been
